We are happy to accept returns on ready to wear items (ready made), any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you, We must be notified within 3 business days and the return must get back to us within 14 business days.

Made to order items are not eligible for return/return/exchange but cant be sent back to adjustment. Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns for refund are proceed within 5 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. Depending on their processing time.
