WILL I HAVE TO SIGN MY PACKAGE?

We do not require a signature when we ship your package. In some cases when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME TO RECIEVE MY PACKAGE?

You will receive either with a call/email for re-delivery arrangements. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time.

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?

We use USPS for all our local and international shipment. FedEx and DHL Shipping options are available upon request.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

MY ITEMS ARE YET TO ARRIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

On all orders, Our processing time is between 2-5 working days for ready made items while made to order items requires about 3-5 weeks process time, an email will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched, all orders dispatched will reach the customers between 3-5 business  days within USA and 2-3 weeks for orders placed Outside USA. In an event where your orders has not reached you within the time frame, send us an email at ccare@adensecret.com with the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.
