By accessing our website, purchasing a product, submitting a custom design request, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.
1. ABOUT ADENSECRET
Adensecret is a fashion and design business specializing in custom made dresses, bridal gowns, wedding dresses, reception dresses, prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses, evening wear, special occasion clothing, bridal dressing, and bridal styling services.
2. USING OUR WEBSITE
You agree to use the Adensecret website lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the website to:
• Commit fraud or engage in unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or customer information.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.
• Upload harmful software, malicious code, or other material that could damage the website.
• Use another person's identity, payment information, or account without authorization.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and fabric characteristics. Because some Adensecret garments are handmade or custom made, minor differences in stitching, fabric texture, pattern placement, embellishments, and finishing may occur.
4. CUSTOMER MEASUREMENTS
When a customer provides measurements for a custom garment, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information. Adensecret may provide measurement instructions, but the customer remains responsible for the measurements submitted.
Incorrect measurements may require additional alterations, reconstruction, or other corrective work. Additional charges may apply where the issue results from incorrect measurements or changes requested by the customer.
5. BRIDAL ORDERS
Wedding dresses and bridal gowns require careful planning and adequate production time.
Customers are responsible for communicating their wedding date and other important deadlines before placing an order. Brides may be required to attend scheduled fittings and provide timely approvals.
Adensecret will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed production timelines. However, timelines may be affected by fabric availability, supplier delays, design changes, fitting requirements, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. APPOINTMENTS
Adensecret offers in person appointments for applicable services, such as , bridal dressing services, and styling consultations. Appointments are subject to availability, booking an appointment does not automatically guarantee that Adensecret will accept a particular custom project.
Appointments may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling policies.
7. BRIDAL DRESSING AND STYLING SERVICES
Adensecret may provide bridal dressing and styling services, including:
• Wedding day bridal dressing.
• Bridal wardrobe planning.
• Wedding weekend outfit coordination.
• Veil and train management.
• Reception outfit changes.
• Accessory coordination.
• Dress preparation and steaming.
• Bridal wardrobe packing and organization.
• Bridal party wardrobe coordination.
• Timeline coordination for wardrobe changes.
• Emergency bridal wardrobe assistance where available.
The exact services provided will depend on the package or service purchased. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, venue details, schedules, contact information, and other information reasonably necessary to perform the service. Adensecret is not responsible for delays caused by venues, photographers, transportation providers, wedding parties, other vendors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the website may change without notice.
The price applicable at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Payment requirements may vary depending on the product or service.
Custom orders may require a deposit or payment before production begins.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
9. CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSITS
Deposits paid toward custom garments may become non refundable once design work, material purchasing, cutting, sewing, or production has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The applicable deposit and payment terms will be communicated to the customer before production begins.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted through an official ADENSECRET communication channel.
Cancellation terms may differ depending on whether the order is ready to wear, made to order, custom made, personalized, or related to a service appointment.
Custom orders may not be cancellable after materials have been purchased or production has begun.
Please review the ADENSECRET Refund and Cancellation Policy for specific conditions.
11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by the ADENSECRET Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Ready to wear products, custom made garments, personalized products, altered garments, and special order products may have different return and refund conditions.
Customers should review the applicable policy before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Shipping delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
ADENSECRET is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
13. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers placing international orders may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are generally outside ADENSECRET's control and are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All ADENSECRET website content, including photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, graphics, written content, product descriptions, designs, and original creative materials, belongs to ADENSECRET or its authorized licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit ADENSECRET content without prior written permission.
15. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
ADENSECRET may use third party providers for payment processing, shipping, website hosting, scheduling, analytics, marketing, communications, and other business functions.
Third party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Adensecret is not responsible for the independent policies, security practices, availability, or actions of third party providers.
16. DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every product or service will meet every individual expectation or personal preference. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adensecret will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, products, or services. To the extent permitted by law, Adensecret 's total liability relating to a particular purchase or service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific purchase or service.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
18. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Adensecret is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, supplier shortages, transportation interruptions, shipping delays, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
19. FRAUD AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Adensecret reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, false claims, abusive return activity, or fraudulent charge backs. Where permitted by law, we may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Customers remain responsible for legitimate amounts owed.
