Shipping policy

On all orders, Our processing time is between 2-5 working days for ready made items while made to order items requires about 3-5 weeks process time, an email will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched, all orders dispatched will reach the customers between 3-5 business days within USA and 2-3 weeks for orders placed Outside USA. In an event where your orders has not reached you within the time frame, send us an email at ccare@adensecret.com with the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier. Made to Order items are non refundable and will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the processing period is complete.
