We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.You must email us at email@example.com within 3 days the items was received by you with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your items.
Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns for refund are proceed within 5 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. Depending on their processing time.
