On all orders, Our processing time is between 2-5 working days for ready made items while made to order items requires about 3-5 weeks process time, an email will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched, all orders dispatched will reach the customers between 3-5 business days within USA and 2-3 weeks for orders placed Outside USA. In an event where your orders has not reached you within the time frame, send us an email atccare@adensecret.comwith the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

We are happy to accept returns on ready to wear items (ready made), any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you, We must be notified within 3 business days and the return must get back to us within 14 business days.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You must email us at ccare@adensecret.com within 3 days the items was received by you with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your items.

Made to order items are not eligible for return/return/exchange but cant be sent back to adjustment. We must be notified within 3 business days and the item must be sent back to us within 14 business days. Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns for refund are proceed within 5 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. Depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
